Version 4.7 (January 16, 2021)

  • Improved shift creation screen that makes it easier to assign recommended employees based on your company settings.
  • In the schedule view, it is now possible to select any set of shifts to perform the following actions: cancel shifts, reactivate shifts, turn into a draft, convert into an open shift and destroy shifts.
  •  Administrators can now add or modify employees on Voilà! from a CSV file. This feature is very useful when initially setting up a company.
  •  Administrators can now add multiple locations, shifts, positions and leave requests on Voilà! from a CSV file.
  • A new version of the Timesheet Summary Report is now available. This report contains overtime information based on your company’s custom overtime rules. It also contains leave requests, expenses and bonuses.
  •  It is now possible to erase an employee profile.
  • The filename of the various reports now contains filtered information for teams, locations and positions.
  •  It is now possible to specify a team, a location or a position to a bonus time period. This addition is used to match the correct earnings codes when exporting to payroll to EmployerD or Nethris.
  •  It is now possible to export the payroll report to EmployeurD or Nethris based on a different pay period than the one specified in your company’s settings.

Version 4.6 (December 20, 2021)

  • The manager dashboard interface has been improved. Cost statistics have also been added.
  • The employee dashboard now offers statistics for 7, 30 or 90 days.
  • The hourly view filter now allows you to filter the display of holidays by type of leave.

Version 4.5 (December 9, 2021)

  • It is now possible to get the action menu on a shift by “right clicking” on it in the schedule.
  • The print format of the scheduling view has been improved.
  • Scheduling view by employee view offers a new compact view to see more employees.
  • The shift note is now displayed on the calendar by day view.
  • Dragging and pressing Ctrl copies shifts in draft mode in all views.

Version 4.4  (november 23, 2021)

  • In the “Calendar” view under “Schedule”, leave requests remain at the top of the screen.
  • It’s now possible to create shifts using a csv file by using the new “Import Shifts” option in the “Schedule” view.

Version 4.3 (november 19, 2021)

  • Major user experience improvements in the conversation module.
  • Improvements on corporate ads. It’s also now possible to attach questions in polls.
  • Visual improvements to the information displayed in the “To Pay” section on a shift detail.
  • The shift report now contains a new “note” column.
  • Spontaneous premiums are no longer applied to previous shifts when copying weekly ones
  • When exporting a timesheet, if the account is associated with an external partner, this partner is now preselected in the menu, thus avoiding bad operations.
  • Time clock adjustments allow you to punch on break for the second consecutive shift of the day.
  • There are now two corporate settings to allow time entry and shift creation by employees.
  • In the scheduling view, it is now possible to choose how to display the shifts covering two days: on the first day and the following day, the first day or second day only.

Version 4.1 (October 19, 2021)

  • It’s now possible to export a csv or excel report of your employees.
  • For HUMI customers, it’s now possible to configure your account to sync Humi employees onto Voilà!.
  • For businesses that don’t have  a payroll partner, the cumulative vacation request is adjusted automatically when the approved vacation request expires.
  • A new parameter is used to block replacement requests on a shift if the time between the date of the request and the start of the shift is greater than the minimum time specified in the new parameter.
  • A new setting has been added to prevent employees from making vacation requests.
  • The date selections between the time and timesheet are now synchronized. If you change the date in one view, the same date will be applied in the other view.
  • We now offer a public API to get general or requested time off from employees.
  • You can now deactivate an employee from the employee file.
  • When the browser is refreshed in the schedule and timesheets page, the selected date is kept.

Version 3.20 (June 18, 2021)

Smart punch launch:

  • When “Automatic punching of consecutive shifts” is enabled on the company settings, employees with multiple scheduled shifts can now punch in at the start of the day and punch out at the end of the day. It’s no longer necessary to point the entry and exit of each shift.
  • New setting allows companies to control smart adjustment of breaks.
  • New company parameter allows you to automatically clock the exit of the shifts in case employees forget.
  • New company parameter allows you to indicate if the tolerance is paid between consecutive shifts.
  • It’s now possible to define paid breaks on a shift. These breaks can be logged by the employee.

The web punch console includes:

  • A new visual signature.
  • Improved and simplified entry of point data.
  • Now supports logging in paid breaks.

  • Adding an employee on a supervisor’s team is no longer applicable if the supervisor doesn’t manage the employee in the system.
  • The various team, position and location selectors used in the company settings are now filtered according to the supervisor’s teams.
  • A manager can now relocate employees between the teams they manage.
  • Improved option to re-edit a time entry.
  • It’s now possible to navigate directly to the screen detailing the time entries via 2 shortcuts in the pop-up window displaying an employee’s shifts.

Web 3.12.2 (May 6, 2021)

  • Reports are now exportable in Excel (xls) format.

  • An employee can now delete a non-validated time entry made by their manager.

Web 3.4.1 (January 22, 2021)

Web Punch (December 8, 2020)

Api 1.9.3 (November 24, 2020)
