Voilà! is constantly growing and so is our sales team! We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take over the optimization, monitoring and explosion of our growth engine. At Voilà!, we strive to understand the most complex scheduling challenges our clients may have and simplify them with our platform and expertise . We’re looking for someone who’ll do just that across our marketing channels.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be working closely with our COO to design and implement advertising strategies, make sure that our experiment testing plan is followed and adequately measured and that qualified leads flow through to our sales team like IPAs on a post-Covid Friday afternoon.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own, run, manage, and scale effective paid campaigns for acquisition, awareness and retargeting objectives.
  • Create and capture demand with our various paid platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager and more.
  • Sync the campaign performance to HubSpot (our CRM) and any other platform (SEMrush, Google Analytics, Data Studio) to uncover opportunities and easy decision-making.
  • Research, test and optimize search terms, audience sets, and all other pertinent assets to bring in more demo requests, broaden our reach, improve efficiencies, and discover new lead-generating opportunities.
  • Run ongoing experimentation to continuously improve everything from copy, design, to sequences.
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking codes, scripts and any issues related for an optimal campaign performance.
  • Work with the design team to build channel-specific creative assets and copy, worth of a thumb-stopper.
  • You’ll make sure your team has a hell of a good time on this journey to the moon!

What you will bring to the team

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude who can combine strategy development with scrappy startup execution
  • 3+ years’ experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook, Marketplaces, Native and other paid platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience building reports, visualizing data using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends, to generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot as our CRM and Marketing Automation tool.
  • Understands that fast iteration, ad rotation, and data is key for scale
  • Problem-solving mentality with a strong attention to detail
  • Is analytical with a pragmatic approach to prioritization and best practices
