Voilà! is constantly growing and so is our sales team! We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take over the optimization, monitoring and explosion of our growth engine. At Voilà!, we strive to understand the most complex scheduling challenges our clients may have and simplify them with our platform and expertise . We’re looking for someone who’ll do just that across our marketing channels.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be working closely with our COO to design and implement advertising strategies, make sure that our experiment testing plan is followed and adequately measured and that qualified leads flow through to our sales team like IPAs on a post-Covid Friday afternoon.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work with various paid search ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.) to manage campaigns
  • Research and build new keyword lists, audience sets, and paid media channels to help scale marketing efforts, broaden reach, improve efficiencies, and discover new lead-generating opportunities
  • Manage paid budget to achieve efficient metrics (CPL, CAC, MQL, Payback)
  • Scale marketing spend while maintaining efficient growth metrics
  • Forecast and model revenue based on inbound lead volume and marketing spend
  • Create dashboards and analytics that drive decision making
  • Work with design team to build channel-specific creative assets 
  • Leverage various ad tech and reporting platforms (SEMrush, Multi-Touch Attribution Software, Google Analytics, Data Studio) to measure and present campaign performance and uncover new optimization opportunities that drive decision making
  • Troubleshoot performance and technical issues with campaigns, landing pages, ad platforms, and ad tracking systems to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Run A/B testing experiments in order to improve various creative elements across all marketing channels and assets (i.e., landing pages and ads) to find new wins and incrementally improve channel performance
  • Lead our team to keep a CRO and data-informed mindset
  • You’ll make sure your team has a hell of a good time on this journey to the moon!

What you will bring to the team

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude who can combine strategy development with scrappy startup execution
  • 2+ years’ experience with Google Ads, Facebook, Marketplaces, Native and other paid channels
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS performance metrics and KPIs
  • Experience building reports, visualizing data using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends, to generate actionable insights
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Hubspot
  • Passion for digital marketing and stays up-to-date on latest industry news and trends
  • Problem-solving mentality with a strong attention to detail
  • Creative mindset to evaluate ad performance and maintaining creative best practices
