Voilà! is looking for a full-stack developer. This position aims to ensure the growth of our web and mobile development team and maintain its velocity. You will contribute to the critical thinking behind the design of our HR management tools and bring the vision to life. Your front-end and back-end development skills will be put to good use in an environment that aims to constantly innovate to simplify our users’ daily lives.
What you will be responsible for
- Developing and evolving our products
- Participate in the evolution of HR Tech
- Develop our mobile platforms on ReactJS
- Develop the backend architecture of the product
- Analyze the visual and functional requirements and develop the technical requirements of the product
- Participate in scrum meetings every morning (office or remotely)
- Share your opinions and contribute to raising the bar of our products every day
- Work closely with our designers and product managers to replicate and optimize their product vision
- Be an integral part of the team, share your ideas, challenge and step up to the plate when needed to ensure that the whole team gets there every time!
What you will bring to the team
- Connaissance de ReactJS, JavaScript et TypeScript
- Formation collégiale ou universitaire en génie logiciel, informatique ou autre spécialisation connexe
- Knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript and TypeScript
- College or university education in software engineering, computer science, or other related specialization
- Minimum of 3 years in full stack development
- Has good team spirit, is autonomous and has initiative
- Has a real desire to help create a product that will change workforce management in an obvious way
- Strong UI skills and attention to detail
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of Mongo DB, No SQL and React Native
- Knowledge of Github and Bitbucket
- Excellent organizational skills
- Startup experience is a plus
