The role of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) aims at putting in place best of breed security practices to provide peace of mind to our team and our customers. 

To achieve this objective, you will be provided with cyber focused financial support and engagement from the whole Voilà! team.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Building a security team from the ground up.
  • Driving end-to-end security operations ensuring our practices, solutions, data, and services are cyber-secured.
  • Ensuring the organization is transparent when handling incidents and communicating with media, partners, customers, and employees.
  • Leading disaster recovery & business continuity.
  • Drive Voilà! to obtain additional security certifications
  • Providing state-of-the-art cyber awareness and continuous education  to the whole organization.
  • Ensuring day to day compliance with security policies to ensure our organization can use cybersecurity as a key differentiator.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A proven understanding of best of breed security practices (security operations, application security, physical security, infrastructures security, tools and techniques, OWASP framework) .
  • Ability to prioritize and synthesize information for non-cyber specialists and to ensure quick incident response.
  • A realistic viewpoint to risk identification and mitigation.
  • Proactive energy to gain people’s trust and be prepared.
  • Empathy to understand other people’s concerns and impacts..
  • Leading through calm and confidence in times of crisis.
  • Organization skills to ensure appropriate documentation to facilitate security audits.

Nice to have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A good cybersecurity driven contact network.
  • Experience in a similar CISO role.
  • GDPR Context Experience.
  • SOC Type II/III Experience.
  • FEDRAMP Experience.
  • Blue/Red/Purple Experience.
