Is It Possible to Customize the Fields in Employees’ Profiles?

Yes, our team can create custom fields in order to meet the specific needs of a customer.

However, the current fields already cover many aspects of an employee’s profile including time off banks, status, attachments, notes, availability as updated by the employee directly from their Voilà account, their schedule, and much more. 

Those fields are linked to scheduling and help create more precise workflows for invitations and assignments.

But if employees’ profiles are missing fields that are very important to your operations, please let us know and we’ll make sure that your needs are met.

And remember that if Voilà! is integrated to your HR and payroll systems, profiles’ fields can be automatically filled so that no double entry is necessary.
