About The CIUSSS

The area covered by this Integrated Health and Social Services University Network is home to approximately 345,000 people, who are served by more than 30 member facilities. Included are one of Montreal’s leading hospitals (the Jewish General Hospital) and an interlocking array of three specialized hospitals, five CLSCs, two rehabilitation centers, six long-term care sites, two day centers and several affiliated research facilities. The CIUSSS decided to implement Voilà! in order to help organize a fast growing number of employees to administrate COVID-19 vaccines to the population of Montreal.

 

 

A quick but efficient implementation

 

” After just 4 weeks, we manage a team of about 500 employees on Voilà!, planning to double shortly. It took 2 weeks of implementation and testing but we are thrilled as we are now saving between 2 hours and 5 hours of work everyday! We think that all other teams at the CIUSSS would greatly benefit from Voilà! It allows us to reach a maximum of candidates and employees in a few clicks and to fill our open shifts and replacements in record time. The chat centralizes communications with employees and colleagues so no more need to use varied platforms (Facebook, SMS, emails, etc). Everything is now in one single place.

 

Like any new technology, there’s a period of adjustment and questions. But Voilà!’s team is always available and open to new suggestions in order to keep improving the app. They are also super available when we have technical issues. Real teamwork!”
